Concurrently with the World Press Photo exhibition in Israel, Moshe Shai was the curator for the first time the “Local Testimony” exhibition with its six categories: news, portraits, daily life, culture, nature and the environment, and sports. This is the first exhibition in which the best press photographers from the different categories have a platform that is not dependent on a particular newspaper or magazine.

Many pictures in the news category deal with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In the exhibition a total of 86 selected images were presented
